This holster is made for someone right-handed. However, you can easily move your sidearm and magazines to either side by switching the holster with the magazine holder - 2 straps involved each side. It's not a perfect solution for left-handed because the velcro for the magazines are facing inward - but I'm left-handed and I've grown used to it.
